About

With nearly twenty years working in the nonprofit development space, Kristina Davis founded Circle Philanthropy Partners, motivated by forging new partnerships with others who do good in the world. The work of Circle Philanthropy Partners brings Kristina back to her consulting roots, first in the financial services sector and later in the nonprofit sector. As a senior director at Changing Our World, a national team of social impact consultants, Kristina served clients from the West Coast office, specializing in international development and human services. In her work, she has developed major gift programs, conducted development audits and feasibility studies, worked on campaigns, and advised fundraising executives. She has guided nonprofits to secure major gifts and resources to make a significant impact, providing counsel on the solicitation of six-, seven- and eight-figure gifts.

After her consulting led her to the in-house development program at Plan International USA, Kristina spent over a decade at the girls’ rights organization. She led the individual major giving program, mobilizing resources for girls and their communities around the world and developing meaningful relationships with donors. She also launched and managed a $200 million campaign, leading a collaborative and strategic approach to align transformational giving from individuals, corporate partners and foundations with programs. She organized and guided highly motivated volunteers in support of Plan’s work. Kristina is a proven leader, team builder, fundraiser, and analytical thinker who thrives on making connections between programs and philanthropists.
